The components of a successful project lie in the teams’ experience and skill in identifying and defining every risk on the projects’ path per meticulous controls.

Building surveying are a means of providing a detailed evaluation of a property's condition and involve an extensive inspection. Whilst not being the only type of survey available to property owners, a building survey is the most common, particularly for domestic clients.

The LTA will develop a comprehensive system and procedures for participatory, low-cost first registration/regularization of land tenure and long-term management of land transactions, incorporating the use of mobile technology (Mobile Application for Secure Tenure MAST). This system will be replicable, scalable and sustainable for future implementation by the Tanzanian Ministry of Lands.
