Loan security is only possible when all the risks are identified. As construction specialists Colliers International act as investigator and advisor to the Lending, Institution. Our core function is to protect the Lending Institution’s interests and mitigate exposure to risk. Our staff are industry experts and include Development Managers, Project Managers, Engineers and Cost Consultants.
